MCHE - microchannel heat exchangers improve HVAC systems
The demands on heat exchangers is increasing. The newest, strongly efficient systems are those heat exchangers with tube’s diameter less than one millimetre. Such a heat exchangers are made by Sanhua according to the latest energy efficiency standards.
The tiny MCHE with micro-meter tubes need only about half as much space as other solutions and weights much less. It reduces the quantity of used refrigerants providing at the same time better heat transfer. Such installed Microchannel Heat Exchangers, MCHE are more cost-effective and environmentally friendly.
Thanks to its fine tubes with small internal volume of MCHE consume by up to 30% less refrigerant than other devices. Sizes up to 4,000 x 1,900 mm are available, and the weight is only about 20% of a finned tube heat exchanger.
